SSMF 2014
On March 2nd, 2014, camra at Penn hosted our 2nd Annual Screening Scholarship Media Festival at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. Filmmakers, journalists, artists, scholars and researchers from 14 universities and six schools at the University of Pennsylvania shared work and participated in the activities of the day. Audiences were invited to explore how diverse and creative uses of multimedia are changing knowledge production and the research imagination, in a day of panel discussions, film screenings, sound and image installations. Audiences watched feature length and short films, saw demonstrations of e-books, websites and other multimedia experiences/projects, and engaged in discussions with media makers.
